 Big Herbie, Little Herbie (Reprint)

Big Herbie & Little Herbie

When I was growing up and even to this day when I am around certain relatives and people who have known me since I was young, and some elderly folks, I bore the moniker, "Little Herbie."  Man, I hated that.  I hated to be called Herbert, too, because there was NObody even close to my age that had a name like Herbert!  What were my parents thinking to name me Herbert and allow people to call me "Little Herbie?"

 Honest People Are Refreshing
 

There is still some hope in the world and not the kind of false hope presented by the Black Irish candidate, but I feel really upbeat and positive today. First, Let me apologize for not being around more, but as I've told you in the past, when there is real life to be lived I have to go with it rather than blogging, or I won't have things like this to tell you about.  Mo Stuff
 

Thank you all for the encouraging words about blogging.  I really appreciate the encouragement.  I am not giving up.  I read a fellow-blogger's comment that he was not going to vote this year, but I say that it is necessary to vote, even if you write in a vote for me.  I can't make the claim to fame that I invented the Internet or Global Warming like Al did, but I have read the Constitution and Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence and know what the country was made of.
